Week 2 of training came along just as nicely as week 1 did. So far so good! Here's the rundown...
7/1: 3.01 miles - route 14 loop (10:08 pace)
7/3: 2.01 miles - track and back (9:47 pace)
7/4: 3.01 miles - route 14 loop (9:41 pace)
7/6: 4.01 miles - red trail at moraine hills (9:33 pace)
Total: 12.03 (goal 12)
