Week 3 was nice and included a 5K PR! Here's the rundown...
7/7: 3.51 miles - route 14 loop (9:48 pace)
7/9: 2.01 miles - track and back (9:25 pace)
7/10: 3.1 miles - bastille day 5k (8:26 pace)
7/13: 5.62 miles - lakefront trail (9:45 pace)
Total: 14.34 (goal 14)
